HAM LOAVES IN THE ROUND
2 pounds ground ham
1 pound sausage
3 slices bread, cubed
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 t pepper
3 T brown sugar
Glaze:
1 T vinegar
1 T mustard
2/3 cup brown sugar
Put bread cubes in a small bowl and add milk to soak in the bread. Mix meats together and combine with the beaten egg and the milk mixture.
Shape into golf-size balls.
Bake 350 for one hour*, or until done.
* Bake for 30 minutes uncovered, then covered for 15 minutes. Add glaze to top of each meatball and bake the additional 15 minutes uncovered.
Leftovers, if any, are good frozen to use for a quick main dish on another day.

12 ounces. noodles
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 onion, diced
2-3 stalks finely chopped celery
1 small green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 pound ground beef
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Brown meat and drain. Add the soups to the meat along with the celery, onion and green pepper. Continue to cook until vegetables are tender.
While this is cooking, cook noodles according to package directions and then drain.
Add noodles and cubed Velveeta cheese to meat mixture and continue to cook until cheese is melted.
BAKED CORN
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cans Del Monte Cream Style Corn
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
butter
Preheat oven to 400°
Mix all ingredients, except butter, and put into a baking dish that is 8" x 8".
Dot with butter.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake an additional 45 minutes.
